Raymond Clark Turrell
Obituary
Ray Turrell 86, of Claremore, passed from this life February 15th, 2023. Mr. Turrell was an avid rancher and gardener. He enjoyed small engine repair, especially working on lawnmower engines. Anyone who knew him, knew how much he liked to build things. He married his lovely wife Charlene on November 16th, 1956. Together, they shared 66 wonderful years of marriage.
Ray is preceded in death by his father Raymond Turrell, and mother Lucille Hodge, brother Marion, and sister Peggy Douthitt.
He is survived by wife Charlene Turrell, daughter, Vicki Guinn, son, Mark Turrell and wife Mona, Cindy and husband Dennis Coats, daughter, Denette and husband Don Adams, 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Graveside service at Woodlawn Cemetery on Monday, February 20th, 2023 at 1:00pm.
In lieu of flowers, family requests donations be made to Clarehouse in Tulsa.
