Larry Gene “Papa” Adams, 69 years old, of Collinsville, Oklahoma, passed away with his family by his side on July 26th, 2020.
Larry was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma on June 19, 1951. Larry was married to Scarlett on January 4, 1992. They were together for over 30 years.
Larry worked as a building engineer for Occidental and Bailey Medical Center for 44 years. He enjoyed Fishing, hunting, taking trips to Branson with his wife and family and watching all his grandchildren grow up.
Larry was a great country western dancer. He enjoyed dancing with his wife for many years. He is now dancing with the lord.
Larry is survived by his wife Scarlett Charlene Adams, 17 grandchildren: Jamey Robbins, Ricky Wilkes, Lily Coe, Marlie Stacy, Adrian Stacy, Kaleb Tuccori, Trevor Stacy, Lani Stacy, Travis Stacy, Tanner Stacy, Tray Stacy, Gary Stacy, Brookelyn Stacy, Breanna Stacy, Wyatt Stacy, Blue Stacy, and Titus Stacy. 12 great grandchildren, his sister Terry Burger and husband Charlie of Cleveland, Oklahoma, his four boys Gary Stacy and wife Sheri of Collinsville, Oklahoma, Kelly Stacy and wife Shelley of Joshua, Texas Jayson Stacy and wife Stephanie of Skiatook, Oklahoma Heath Stacy and wife Carmen of Glenpool, Oklahoma, his uncle Ron Adams of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, nieces Carolyn Atwell of Florida, Christal Prill and husband Richard of Clevland, Oklahoma, and his nephew Michael Burger and wife Heidi of Tulsa, Oklahoma, and other family and friends.
Larry is preceded in death by his father Roy Lee Adams, His mother Barbara Joyce Waters, his sister Connie Lee Atwell, His brother-in-law Bill Atwell, and his nephew Robert Atwell.
