After battling and beating stage 3 lung cancer, Ladonna Gayle Muir gained her angel wings and went home to be with the Lord, her parents, her brother, and her husband in Heaven on March 7, 2020.
Ladonna was born September 21, 1954 to Robert and Shirley Wolfe in Springdale, Arkansas. She grew up with one sibling, her older brother Dewayne Wolfe, whom she often referred to as her best friend and constant rock.
Ladonna attended Rogers High school in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She worked as an office administrator at various places throughout her life, making lifelong friends along the way.
Ladonna was a kind, nurturing, outgoing, and sassy woman. She never knew a stranger and always loved to help anyone who needed it. She loved to crochet and would often crochet blankets to donate to the hospital and nursing homes. She loved to garden and could not wait til her grandchildren were old enough to get outside with her and help her plant flowers. She also enjoyed teaching them how to cook and bake. She was the best Mother and Gramma anyone could ask for.
Ladonna is survived by her three sons Bryon Haak, Christopher Haak, and Richard Haak; her daughter Haley Glass; her son-in-law and daughter-in-law Jonathan Glass, and Maria Haak; her 13 grandchildren Robert, Journey, Alex, Amy, Marquiz, Cassie, Jaxon, Mya, Faith, Gab, Josie, Jakob, and Jarod; and her 3 great grandchildren Bryson, Tyler, and Sergio.
Please join us in remembering and celebrating her life at 3PM on Friday March 13, 2020 at Rice Funeral Home (631 E Will Rogers Blvd, Claremore, OK 74017). There will also be a small gathering for anyone who would like to join at her son Bryon’s house (723 N Seminole Ave, Claremore, OK) after the service.
