Frank Leroy Kotoff passed from this life January 21, 2021.
Frank was born November 16, 1943 in Mare Island, California to parents Michael and Nadeen Kotoff. He served in the United States Navy from 1962 to 1966, serving our country in the Vietnam war. Frank served Diamond Head Lone Chapel Fire Department for 12 years as a firefighter and fire chief; he also served an additional 4 years as chairman of the board. Frank volunteered with the American Legion in Chelsea putting out flags on holidays and was a member of Elks Lodge in Chelsea. Frank loved attending Drillers baseball games.
Frank is preceded in death by his parents Michael and Nadeen Kotoff.
He is survived by Wilma Kotoff of the home, brother, James Kotoff, children; James and Susan Kotoff of Claremore, Darren Songer of Caney, Kansas, Rodney Kotoff, Tiffany Helton of Sheridan Oregan, Teresa and Alan of Pryor, Oklahoma, Michelle and Art Harding of Happy Valley, Oregan, and Lisa and Tim Smith of Adair, Oklahoma; Grandchildren, Kristofer Kotoff, Mathew Kotoff, Rachel Kotoff, Tamaran Ables, Andrea Perez, Danyell Kotoff, Taylor Crupper, Grant Crupper, Alexus Knable, Jordan Muth, Presley Harding, and Megan Perrier, and many great grandchildren.
Frank left a lasting legacy and will be missed by all who knew him.
